Welcome to the 4-week conditioning training program. This is the new challenge that will change your life, you must understand from the beginning that this will not be easy, but it will be worth it. I am here to help you achieve your goal by being your coach, being your training partner and being the person who will be motivating you in this process. I will make sure that you improve your physical condition, that you lose fat and that you get fit.
These are going to be 4 weeks 5 days of training where every day counts, there is no time to lose. Together we will achieve incredible results that you never thought about this training program.
